Job Summary:

Maintains and performs repairs, modifications, replacement, and installations of a wide variety and systems for both existing facilities, new acquisitions, and those under renovation, and including equipment that is either fixed or portable.
 

Essential Functions:

• Develops welding plan by analyzing print specs and determining appropriate welding techniques.
• Maintains a safe work environment by following procedures and complying with safety standards.
• Construct components by using equipment to cut, clean, and weld after setting-up and measuring assemblies and selecting the appropriate method.
• Verifies welding results by inspecting and testing welds.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdown maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Required Skills and Abilities:  

• Ability to work on ladders and hydraulic lifts. 
• Ability to operate construction equipment and use hand tools. 

Required Skills and Abilities: 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. 
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds. 
• Ability to work within a physically demanding work environment, including extended periods of standing and walking, frequent sitting, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, stopping, and climbing. 
• Work is primarily preformed both indoor and outdoor environments in all/extreme weather conditions. 

Education and/or Work Experience/Certificates and Licenses:  

• Previous Welding Experience. 
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
